The following properties of the Series Reactor can be changed or viewed:

1.Name, Number and Description,

2.Reactor Reactance in Ohms,

3.Current Rating Normal and Overload (A),

4.Display Options.

 

To Place a Series Reactor:

 

With the mouse click on the Series Reactor Button on the Toolbar or use the Series Reactor command from the Network main menu. A Series Reactor data dialog box will appear.  Enter all the relevant information and Click on a Branch in the project where the Series Reactor is to be Connected. The Series Reactor is placed in the middle of the branch section.
